Who is the data controller?
Elite IT ApS, CVR 32364586, Edison Park 4, 6715 Esbjerg N, is the data controller for processing whose purposes are determined by Elite IT.

Your cookie preferences
Analytics is optional and is only enabled when you select “Accept cookies”. You can use the entire website even if you decline. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” button. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out on the basis of your consent.

Google Analytics is not loaded and sends no information until you have accepted analytics. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalisation signals in the website’s technical configuration.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand page views and which CTA buttons are used. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or the contents of the demo form to Analytics. The legal basis for processing is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR and the Danish cookie rules.
User and event data in Google Analytics is retained for no more than 2 months. Analytics cookies in the browser are stored for no more than 12 months and are not given a new expiry date on subsequent visits. We do not use the information for advertising, remarketing or automated decisions about you.
Google Ireland Limited receives the information as the provider of Google Analytics. Google states that IP addresses from visitors in the EU/EEA are not logged or stored, but are briefly used to determine an approximate geographical area. Processing may involve Google entities or subcontractors outside the EU/EEA under the transfer mechanisms set out in Google’s terms.

Bot verification in the demo form
When you open the demo form, we load Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form from automated abuse. This feature is necessary for the security of the form. Cloudflare processes technical browser and device signals and network information to distinguish people from bots. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access form fields or the content of your communications.
Turnstile performs an automated security assessment used solely to determine whether the demo form can be submitted. If verification fails, you can still contact Elite IT directly by email or phone. The Turnstile widget’s pre-clearance feature must be disabled so that no cf_clearance cookie is issued.
Information provided in demo requests
When you select “Send request” after successful bot verification, ElitePlanner sends your name, company, email address, phone number and your selection regarding Business Central Cloud to Elite IT via SMTP2GO. Your email address is used as the reply-to address.
The landing page does not store form contents in a separate database. SMTP2GO processes the information to deliver the email and may log delivery information according to Elite IT’s account settings. The request is then held in Elite IT’s receiving mailbox and handled in accordance with the applicable deletion and email policy.
